There is no doubt that the Swiffin digital platform have had it very rough for the past six months. Login into Swiffin at the moment is practically not possible.
This however has caused a lot of criticism and mistrust for the platform by its users across the continent.
How to login on the Swiffin platform
The steps highlighted below shows the only way you can login on the swiffin portal at the moment:
1. You can first, login on the swiffin Community portal then switch account.
2. Instead of using your old login details, use only your Swiffin ID and a default password of 44cc as mandated.
3. We have noticed that even following the instructions provided on the platform yet users are still denied access that the login details are incorrect.
4. Open a ticket if you can not find your Swiffin ID. The customer service is very active and would answer you within 24 hours of submitting a ticket.
5. Until the upgrade thing is over, I presume nobody may be able to login.
However, this does not affirm that Swiffin users have been scammed, for the fact that new features are being added on the platform daily shows that, the upgrade may soon be over.
