Chief Amb GS Pwul,SAN used his ideas to positively intervened into the State APC Party leadership tussle between Mr. Ishaya Itse vs Hon Rufus Bature.
The Pwul of ideas brought an acceptable resolved by both parties in the interest of APC as a ruling Government.
Chief Amb GS Pwul,SAN equally intervened into the Plateau state house of Assembly Saga between Rt.Hon Nuhu Abok vs Rt Hon Yakubu Sanda.It was resolved that Rt Hon Abok tendered resignation from Speakership rather than to stand impeached.
You may recalled that, when former Governor, Chief Joshua Dariye jumped bill, EFCC arraigned him before the Law Court.Chief Amb GS Pwul,SAN applied his wealth of knowledge with experience, plus the Pwul of Ideas in him in defense as Chief Dariye’s Counsel.For about ten years Dariye was moving freely like any other citizen. Until when Dariye decided personally to changed his Lawyer at the peak of final judgement. Unfortunately with the new Lawyer judgement didn’t favour Chief Dariye, which saw him sent to jail. Meanwhile four other persons who were standing trial alongside Chief Dariye continued with Chief Pwul as their Lawyer were discharged & aquited. That was Pwul of Ideas at work!
Also,you may recalled back to 2001 Jos Crisis & Justice Nike Tobi Judicial Panel of Inquiry Commission. Chief Amb GS Pwul,SAN was the Counsel to the State Government at the Commission.He stood firm on inquiries relating to Indigenship, Settlership & Citizenship of Jos & Plateau State in general. His Pwul of Ideas as presented were convincing before the Commission.
