Pioneers have been asked by a Pi Network moderator to exercise patience as the team advances in the market, particularly with the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) solution.
KYC was implemented by the mobile mining platform to confirm users’ identities in the cryptocurrency community. While the feature is active, several users have had trouble submitting their KYC paperwork. A Pi Moderator updated users on Twitter on the issues users are having, including questions about the feature, and urged users to be patient with the team.
While the KYC solution is currently being made available in small batches, the team member promised that Pi Network would soon make KYC widely available. The tweet states that the small batches are for the protocol’s testing of the solution’s improvements. Pioneers can submit their KYC papers through the Pi Browser application once the enhancements have been done.
The robust ecosystem of Pi Network depends on KYC. Dr. Nicolas Kokkalis, the creator of the protocol, emphasized its significance in a recent blog post about KYC in the area of artificial intelligence (AI). The most recent upgrade and Kokkalis’ enthusiasm for KYC suggest that Pioneers will soon make use of the feature.
