N-Power set to pay beneficiaries N90,000 as three months stipend

The Batch C2 Npower Program recipients will soon start receiving stipends from the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Social Development.

On Wednesday, the announcement was posted on the Ministry’s official Facebook page. The Npower management has told the recipients that they are attempting to pay at least three months’ worth of stipends at once, rather than just one, and that they anticipate completing this task soon.

The Batch C2 Npower beneficiaries, who were formally enrolled in the program on October 4, 2022, should be aware that they have not yet received any kind of stipend since the program’s beginning. The awardees would get at least N90,000 to cover their stipends in October, November, and December 2022.

Despite the misgivings and concerns of some Batch C2 Npower beneficiaries who have given up because of ongoing delays, the Npower management has already already paid the Batch C2 Monitoring Team’s stipends for three months (Independent Monitors). The Ministry has also just begun deploying N-Build recipients through the Batch C2 Npower Program.
