Gov. Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State converts Colleges of Education and a polytechnic into 2 Universities

Lagos State Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Tuesday, said the state government will combine the Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education, Ijanikin, and the Michael Otedola College of Primary Education, Epe, to frame a University of Education.

He revealed this while soeaking as the Special Guest of Honor during the public presentation of a book “Oluwatoyin Temitayo Ogundipe @60: Audacity of Resilience”.

It was launched to pay tribute to the Vice Chancellor of the University of Lagos, UNILAG, Prof. Oluwatoyin Ogundipe.

He gave the confirmation that the state government would not due to the extra obligation neglect to sufficiently support it’s current tertiary and different organizations.
