Parents of students from Dowen College, Lekki, Lagos state, broke into the school on Wednesday to protest the death of 12-year-old Sylvester Oromoni.
They insisted that justice should prevail over the death of Oromoni, who reportedly died of his injuries after being beaten by his senior colleagues.
Although the school has been cordoned off by the Lagos State government, management is committed to unraveling the mystery surrounding the death of the deceased student.
Meanwhile, the Lagos State Police Command on Tuesday said it had arrested three students in connection to Sylvester’s death.
The protesters, mostly women dressed in black, besiged the school gate, carrying placards and obituary posters of Sylvester.
Some others chanted “All we are saying, give us justice for Sylvester”, “What do we want, Justice for Sylvester”
