An afro-pop musician in Benue who is popularly known as Don Bounce has recently been appointed as head of entertainment and creativity in the Pillar City International Gospel Center, Makurdi.
Don Bounce who’s stage performance during an occasion marking the Senior Pastor’s birthday was applauded by the celebrant and the entire congregation.
In his few words of appreciation, the Senior Pastor of the Ministry, Apostle Timothy Kwen, rained prayers of breakthrough and protection on the artist, assuring him of the Ministry’s support to see that he (Don Bounce) Excel in his musical career.
Apostle Timothy Kwen also appointed Don Bounce as “the head of entertainment and creativity” in the ministry.
Don Bounce hails from Tyowanye, a village in Buruku Local Government Area of Benue State. He did his primary education in Aliyu Mustapha Academy, Yola. He is a graduate of micro biology from Uni-Agric now J.S Tarka University, Makurdi.
His musical career can be traced to the famous Zule Zoo of Africa. He takes over the duo’s dance style and mode of dressing. He tries to modernize the local folks music in order to preserve the Tiv culture.
Don Bounce has been signed under the 49Keys Music, a label in makurdi metropolis, solely owned and managed by the Legendary Baba Slow Wings.
