In response to the many questions that swiffin users have been asking recently on how to login and access their accounts, we have decided to clarify some of the issues bothering on why users can’t access their swiffin accounts now.

Firstly, knowing the right platform to login on, the old swiffin app has been disabled and users’ data were all transfered to the new website http://app.swiffin.com so anyone who could login on the old app can still use same details to login on the new website (http://app.swiffin.com).

Secondly, another web platform where account is the http://platform.swiffin.com This has been the web version of the swiffin app and can still be accessed even this moment.

Thirdly, the current wave of upgrade currently going on accommodate virtual trading and the million users on the platform.

Users cannot successfully login on the new platform as it is currently undergoing technical upgrade.
