Dr. Apostle Theophilus O. founded and serves as chairman of the non-governmental organization known as The Foundation. The Ebony Foundation is dedicated to collaborating with local groups.
The Foundation aims to realize its objectives of giving assistance and service to those in need, to society, and to humanity as a whole through collaborating with relevant national, international, and multilateral organizations, as well as governments and private citizens.

Up to N1,850,000 would be given to regular applicants (beneficiaries) to launch a business.
Over 308,895,000 people will be given power by Theobarth Global Foundation (TGF) nationwide.
Each NGO is only eligible for a grant of N10 million, while Cluster Heads are only eligible for a grant of N5 million.
While Cluster Head is N18,000, NGO Legal Impost and Validation is N38,000.
