Beneficiaries of the ECO-6 Lumi stimulus remained frustrated as outage continue to loom the Swiffin digital platform. With no updates coming forth from the company to give hope or encourage it’s users to remain patient pending when the technical issues will be sorted out, has left many of the beneficiaries wondering if the platform is actually genuine as professed by many.
On the 13th of March, 2022 the company claimed it was embarking on an upgrade which subsequently led to the suspension of it’s former trading platforms (app.swiffin.com) and the Apps that were downloadable from the Google PlayStore without any prior notice, leaving it’s numerous users frustrated.
Newsway gathered that, the most searched queries about Lumi currency and ECO-6 Lumi on search engines suddenly changed from the usual “How to withdraw lumi currency” or “Swiffin withdrawal” to “Swiffin login” or “Swiffin Lumi login” and “Swiffin help desk”.
Blog posts on Lumi stimulus began to receive negative reactions and comments such as: “I can’t login my account”, “help, the App is not opening”, “I can’t access my account” and so on.
Just lately, our research team witnessed some changes on its community platform which is accessible at connect.swiffin.com updating the “help” tab and also adding more products dominated with groceries on its digital mall. Our research team also noticed that none of the products on the said mall has price-tag in Lumi (AKL currency).
Similarly, the ECO-6 portal is last updated on the 30th of March this year (2022), when they issued the Region’s Exchange Rate Mechanism (ERM).
