Barely few days after we reported of a call by Pioneers from China calling for a global support to actualize the dream of having a single Pi (π) = $314,519 a pioneer (Pi Network User) has posted on his twitter handle that smartphones will be available for purchase using Pi coin later this month.

The twitter user with the twitter account web3.0 Revolution has revealed that on the 25th of this month (August) pioneers around the globe will have the opportunity to pay for mobile phones with their transferable Pi (π). The tweet reads:

“You will able to buy more of this with your Pi Coin from 25th of this month, isn’t that cool ? 

Exciting days ahead, keep mining.”

However, this is not an official exchange of the currency but just a peer to peer (P2P) transaction on the Pi Network application.

Although, an official statement from Pi (π) network core team affirmed that sooner than Pioneers expect, the exchange of the Pi Network Coin will commence.
