Breaking: Benue former rap hero is dead



Elvacine as he was called years ago before he graduated from the Benue State University, Makurdi. A rapper and best freestyler of his time who worked with producers like Emmanuel Ahura (El-gibor), St. Tee, A-Tema, A.K Moni, Ush Boss, Danx and Fidel Shamel.
Elvacine whose real name is Felix Ushahemba Iwambe gave his life to Christ during his national assignment in Oyo State as a corp member (NYSC), and since then Felix remained deeply rooted in Christ until he met his last minute on earth. According to PMAN Chairman Benue State chapter Mr. Emmanuel Ahura (El-gibor), Felix died through an accident along Otukpo road, close to international market junction, Makurdi.

Felix Iwambe was deeply rooted in Christ which was the reason he burnt his university certificate after graduating from Benue State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre art, 2009.
Felix said;
“My conscience won’t just let me free so I decided to return back to the university again and this time I will be studying French”.
So he died as a French student of the same university. Going through his profile on Facebook he quoted this verse of the bible;
“He that is dead is freed from sin”. The also wrote about the popular phrase “REST IN PEACE” on the 6th of June. You can click on this link to read what he wrote about “REST IN PEACE.
