Your swifin account is temporary blocked due to numerous login attempts. When you try to login to your account using wrong login details, the system will automatically block your account and an email notification will be sent to you notifying you of the temporary blockage of your account.
So far, since the blockage is temporary no action is actually required from you. The blocked account is active after some hours, but if it last longer than expected then the user can create a ticket.
Creating a ticket means to send request to the technical support team informing them that your account is blocked. With proper identification the technical support team will remove the blockage from your account.
What is swifin?
The Swifin Platform is a distributed multi-tenant core banking platform as a services. The Platform is used by Nations, States Territories and Realms, Central Banks and other regulated financial institutions, Government and civil society organisations, Businesses and individuals. It is a one stop solution that brings together various stakeholders globally to drive financial inclusion to foster full participation in the real economy by all.
The swifin exchange uses two types of base digital currencies.
1. The Swifin digital currency – GBX
The Swifin Platform uses GBX to enable quick real-time payments amongst all of its users. It is theoretically linked to GBP or “pegged” to it in order to maintain its stability; as a result, it will fluctuate in value with relation to other currencies in a manner that is comparable to or identical to GBP. However, GBX has more advantages than the GBP digital equivalent. Only Swifin Platform users are permitted to use GBX, which is exclusive to that platform. Due to its greater divisibility, it can be distributed among members in much smaller quantities in return for goods and services.
2. Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) – AKL
Digital currency that is directly issued and distributed by a central bank is known as a central bank digital currency (CBDC). The Central Solar Reserve Bank/African Diaspora Central Bank directly issues the African Kingdoms Lumi (AKL), which the African Finance Regulatory Authority has officially accepted as legal money for the African Central Bank to promote trade inside and between continental African Countries.
As a result, Swifin Platform users can settle business transactions in real time by sending payments to other Swifin Platform users. It is anticipated that this will promote financial inclusion for all people and encourage full involvement of the banked and unbanked populations in continental Africa and the African Diaspora.
