Update: Swifin is migrating to a new website; Promises better service delivery

The Lumi Currency’s digital abode, the Swifin platform has just notified its numerous Users of it’s concluded arrangements to migrate to a new portal for better service delivery.

This is contained in a mail sent by the platform to Users who are being paid commission for introducing or referring new users to the platform. The old website is https://platform.swifin.com which is currently registering only new users.

The new website is https://connect.swifin.com

The mail reads in part;

“We are migrating to a new platform to provide even better community access and support. Register on the new portal now and connect better with your community on https://connect.swifin.com/.”

The platform’s App is also not left behind as at the moment been disabled from active service to allow the Engineers fix the glitches.

NewsWay learnt that this is in connection with series of errors experienced by users in recent times especially after the upgrade.

Many beneficiaries of the Lumi stimulus decried that their cumulative balances has drastically reduced. A User Mr. Shom Terdoo Joshua lamented that he was supposed to have a balance of 37 AKL but instead the balance reduced to only AKL 6.26 signifying that the entire cumulative balance was wiped and only the January payment was left in the balance.

The platform’s support team had earlier promised to resolve or fix all technical issues before the end of the month.

At the moment the new portal is not yet propagated on Search Engines (SE).

However, in order to avoid the frustration being faced by beneficiaries during the upgrade, users are temporary allowed to view balances and perform skeletal transactions through the link below .
