PiChainMall has deployed a newer version of it’s live-chat feature to enable seamless shopping experience

PiChainMall has improved the live chat feature built within its online mall in order to give platform users a seamless experience.

Its official Twitter account @pichainmall has tweeted a confirmation that the live chat feature will go live from next week. The enhanced function will improve communication between buyers and sellers and make bartering easier, according to a subsequent tweet. The message reads:

“A new version of the live chat feature for sellers and buyers is expected to be released next week.

This will facilitate the communication between buyers and sellers, and allows a smoother barter experience. Stay tuned.”

As the barter ecosystem becomes more developed, PiChainMall also revealed in a second tweet that it has increased the number of orders for a pioneer per day to three in an effort to scale up operations.

“The number of order for a pioneer per day is increased to three orders now.

We will continue to scale up as the barter ecosystem get more mature. Thanks for all pioneers who have supported us along the way.”

Also to be expected on the digital mall is a function to enable “adding or reducing” the number of items already added to cart.

When a pioneer inquired as to why such a function was not available at the mall, PiChainMall simply responded, “The function will come later”.
