The Pi Network Community anticipated the launch of the live network on its March 14th Anniversary, but unfortunately, their expectations were not fulfilled as the Core Team still shifted the launch date highlighting reasons which basically bordered around KYC (Know You Customer) and utilities.

During the anniversary celebration period, the price of Pi significantly appreciated across majority of Decentralized Exchanges (DEX) where the Pi token’s IOU has been listed. This increase in price was as a result of the high expectations from the community and investors who anticipated that the Pi Network Blockchain will transition to a live network on its anniversary day.

The price of Pi was offered as high as $125 on CoinMarketCap, Forbes, Binance, Bitmart and Hotcoin while Atlantis Exchange offered the highest price ($75,000). It is worth nothing that these are not the real Pi Coins but just IOUs (I Owe U) meaning they can be redeemed only when the real Pi is launched.

Barely seven days after the PiDay anniversary celebration, the Pi Network Coin Price declined to $43. Over the past 24 hours, Pi has witnessed a notable increase of 4.42%, further solidifying its position as a promising digital asset. This uptrend in price highlights the growing confidence and enthusiasm surrounding Pi within the cryptocurrency community.

Despite being relatively new to the market, Pi has quickly gained traction and recognition. Currently ranked #3228 on CoinMarketCap, Pi’s ascent reflects its potential to carve out a significant presence in the ever-expanding cryptocurrency landscape.

Pi Network is a novel cryptocurrency and developer platform that (1) allows mobile users to mine Pi coins without draining the device’s battery, reducing the environmental impact, and (2) fosters the world’s most accessible and ubiquitous apps platform where developers can offer users real life utilities and products in exchange for Pi coins. As of the time of writing this report Pi Network has at least 55 million active users worldwide (those who actively mine on the platform everyday). Read Similar Story
