May I ask, is this PiPayment that you have reported really happened in the Philippines. May I know how this happened? How does this Ms. Dela Cruz happened to pay her Electric Bills using her Picoins which in fact Meralco is a government owned electric company in the Philippines and as far as I know this kind of transaction as of this moment really does not happen. Have you check for the authenticity of your report sir. How can you prove that this transaction happened and how sure are you that an electric bill is paid by Picoins in the Philippines? Probably this might happen if the coins of Ms. DelaCruz were exhanged in cash and then the cash “money” were used as payment to her electric bill.
