Some people go through the process of undelegating their core after delegating it to one or two Validators, not realizing that there is a far better way to accomplish so.

You can easily switch the token or the amount of core to another chosen validator if you are no longer satisfied with the APR or commission of the validator to whom you have assigned your core.

Don’t simply undelegate your cores; instead, move them to another validator instead, as this avoids the need to pay the associated transactional fee. Simply undelegating your cores will cost you transactional fees.
