After Musk was acquired, Binance increased its interaction with Twitter.

The largest cryptocurrency exchange in the world announced that it intends to create a specialized division to assist the social media platform with its impending issues after contributing $500 million to back Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter.

According to a business statement cited by Bloomberg, combating bots is one of the primary areas where Binance intends to offer the greatest assistance.

For the social media behemoth, fake accounts have been a big problem, especially those that promote dishonest frauds, many of which involve cryptocurrencies.

In fact, Musk cited the elimination of bots as one of his reasons for wanting to purchase Twitter.

The millionaire later changed his mind again and paid the original fee a few days ago after a lawsuit was filed. Given Musk’s pledge to turn Twitter into a private corporation, the company’s shares were consequently delisted from some of the biggest exchanges.

“Binance is creating an internal team to focus on ways that blockchain and crypto could be helpful to Twitter and actively brainstorming plans and strategies that could help Elon Musk realize his vision.” – reads Binance’s statement.

Binance stated that it wanted to set aside $500 million for the purchase once Musk revealed his first ambitions earlier this year, which it did when the sale closed, according to Changpeng Zhao.
