The native token of Core DAO, which oversees the Core Network, is CORE. On January 14, 2023, Core Network’s mainnet was officially launched. On February 8th, 2023, the network Airdropped 25% of the entire supply of CORE tokens to the community.
The popularity of Core Network is due to its promotion of nearly flawless network functionalities. It asserts to have strong security like that of Bitcoin, smart contract capability like that of Ethereum, and high throughput like that of Solana.
The price of $CORE has started off well in the cryptocurrency market, and it will continue to rise as demand for the token increases owing to its high level of security. Investors like to purchase assets that are resilient to hacking so they don’t risk losing their money.

The Core Network has adopted Sotoshi Plus Consensus, a hybrid of PoW and DPoS that gives network users access to both mining and PoS staking features. Since Ethereum killers like Solana addressed Ethereum’s problems during the previous bull cycle, it is not surprising that emerging rivals like Core Network will continue to advance blockchain technology. Having said that, the network’s functionalities have not yet been evaluated; we will have to wait to see if the network can truly perform as suggested by its whitepaper.
What is Core DAO?
Core DAO is the official decentralized organization developing the Satoshi Plus ecosystem. It represents an opportunity for miners to access new revenue streams by contributing hash power to the chain. Inspired by the principles of both blockchains, Core displays a deep appreciation for the crypto ecosystem’s history and an even greater excitement for Core’s role in its future.
