In a bid to safeguard users and ensure the continued excellence of its trading platform, Binance, one of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchanges, has initiated a series of periodic reviews on all listed spot trading pairs. These comprehensive evaluations are carried out to assess various factors, including liquidity and trading volume, and may result in the removal of certain spot trading pairs from the platform.

Based on the latest reviews conducted by Binance, the exchange has made the decision to delist and cease trading on several spot trading pairs. The removals are scheduled to take place on September 15, 2023, at specific times indicated in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

The spot trading pairs that will be delisted and cease trading on September 15, 2023, are as follows:

At 03:00 (UTC):

  • – AMB/BUSD
  • – ASTR/BUSD
  • – BAT/ETH
  • – DASH/BUSD
  • – GMX/BUSD
  • – HOT/BUSD

At 05:00 (UTC):

  • – IMX/BNB
  • – KNC/BNB
  • – MC/BUSD
  • – MDT/BUSD
  • – NULS/BUSD
  • – RAD/BUSD
  • – RAY/BUSD
  • – REQ/BUSD

At 07:00 (UTC):

  • – SSV/BUSD
  • – STMX/BUSD
  • – TROY/BUSD
  • – WOO/BUSD

It’s essential to note that the delisting of these spot trading pairs will not affect the availability of the tokens themselves on the Binance Spot platform. Users will still have the opportunity to trade the base and quote assets of these pairs on other available trading pairs on Binance.

Additionally, Binance will terminate its Spot Trading Bots services for the aforementioned spot trading pairs at specific times corresponding to the delistings. Users are strongly urged to update or cancel their Spot Trading Bots prior to these termination times to avoid potential losses.

Furthermore, Binance encourages users to convert their BUSD assets into other available assets on the platform before February 2024. To facilitate this, users have the option to trade their BUSD balances for FDUSD at zero trading fees or convert their BUSD balances to FDUSD at a 1:1 ratio using the convert portal.

Binance remains committed to maintaining a secure and high-quality trading environment for its users, and these periodic reviews and delistings are part of the ongoing efforts to achieve this goal. Users are encouraged to stay informed and take necessary actions to ensure a smooth transition in response to these changes.
