The pi network team has generally did a very great job as at the moment, but just like you have said in your write up about the pioneers Kyc and the opening of the main net, from my observation pi network team has not really perform well in the handling of Kyc, they’ve poorly handle the Kyc of the pioneers which supposed to be more of priority, you can’t be talking of main net when the community who has labored have not been granted Kyc, many did Kyc and got stuck along the way and yet not attended to, cat can not come before the horse, first thing first, get the Kyc for the community who has all the way labour to get the project where it is now before you talk of opening of the main net.
Just make sure all get their Kyc before main net.
